Knowing the word of God

Romans 10:17

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.


By hearing the word of God, and believing in the word, gives you faith in God. Having faith in God is believing in his testimony of his son, Christ Jesus. Without faith it is impossible to please God, we need faith to accomplish all things, because we can only look to God, who is the provider for our needs.


God gives us everlasting life, through Christ Jesus, we can only receive eternal life, by believing that Jesus is the son of the living God, and that he died on the cross, buried, and resurrected for us all.


Christ bore our sins, sorrows, burdens, pain, guilt, and gave us freedom, through his blood. We are now free from condemnation, we are walking in liberty, not in boundage of sin. This is God’s love for us, he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him, shouldn’t perish, but have everlasting life.


Hebrews 11:1-Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.


John 3:17- For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
