Knowing the word of God.

2 Timothy 1:7

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.


There is no fear in God, God is powerful, bold, brave, fierce, and does the impossible. We are his children and process the same qualities. Our minds are renewed in Christ Jesus, we are to meditate on the beautiful things of God. The things that are, lovely, pure, true, things that are honest, and of good report, things that are of virtue.


Fear comes with disbelieving, fear comes with not knowing, fear comes with doubting, fear comes with not trusting, and fear comes with not having confidence. We have to trust in God for all things, with knowing that he is the hope, with believing that we can do all things through him, with confidence, and not having any doubt.


Matthew 10:31- Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.


Hebrews 13:6- So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man should do to me.


Psalm 27:1

The Lord is my light and my salvation: whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?
