Knowing God is important and as we study the Word each day we must focus on the true meaning of being a son of God. In Christ, we were made whole and as we are taught by the Spirit we must embrace the fellowship with our Father. Knowing God changes everything, your whole concept of life will be renewed. A Christian ought not to think as the world does because the mind concept ought to be of God. Our minds must be free from the old nature which was of the covetousness of the world which is pride of the eyes and life. Now that we are made new we ought to be the examples of the Word of God, righteous and true. No more of the flesh. Our minds must be renewed as we learn to walk the path of the Father's will. "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God" (King James Bible, 1769/2017, Romans 12:2).

Let not the delusions of this world fool you, let not your mind be of the world, and let the Word of God speak to your heart. A mind of the world consists of the things of the world, and a mind in the Word of God is of the things of God. “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” Romans 12:2 KJV From the heart, a man liveth, whatsoever you meditate on will display through your life, let your thoughts be of good. “My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them amid thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them and health to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee. Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. Ponder the path of thy feet, a...

Does faith have a limit? Certainly not. With faith, we can do all things because our faith is in Christ Jesus. Faith is believing in God's Words; His words are the promise for life here on earth and beyond. Can one say I know God without faith? Impossible. To know God is faith itself. Have you ever prayed for something or someone and didn't receive an answer to your prayers? Have you ever been stuck in a situation and can't seem to get out? Have you ever felt as if God is not listening? You made these situation cause you to doubt God's faithfulness but remember God is faithful even when we are not. It's not what we do or say that make Him faithful it's who He is. Let's continue to stand in the faith of His faithfulness.

Knowing that God cares for you is very important: He is the only one to trust in. Jesus took your burdens on the cross, there isn't any situation that Christ didn't redeem you from. God made a way through Christ for us and we must always trust in that. Even when your back is against the wall, there is a way. Even when the mountain seems too high, there is way. Even when you are in the furnace, there is a way. Even when you are standing at the red sea, there is a way. When you know that God cares no matter what you will know that He is with you. Trust in God today.

God the provision is the only source of our entire being. Without Him, we would be in lack in every area of our lives. God's provision made all things available unto us before the foundation of the world. His provision had given us all blessings through Christ Jesus. "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). There is nothing that we need that God had not taken care of. "According as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue:" (2 Peter 1:3). The provision of grace is enough for us, no matter the circumstances we find ourselves in, grace is enough. "And He said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly, therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me" (2 Corinthians 12:9).4

The foundation of God; Christ the solid rock. “For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ” (King James Bible, 1769/2017, 1 Corinthians 3:11). In all we do we must build on the truth of God, it is the only way. To build on Christ is to know the gospel of grace which is the finished works of the cross. The cross gave us all things about life and Godliness. “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue” (2 Peter 1:3). Through the grace of God, we have come to learn the nature of God which is built-in Christ. The fruit of the spirit, our character; “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such, there is no law” (Galatians 2:22-23). If you would love to receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior today, pray this prayer. Jesus, I thank you for loving me, I than...

Good morning in the name of Jesus. God’s Plan the Gift of Salvation Most people have heard such terms as being born again, converted, or saved. Some even have had a personal experience of salvation through Jesus Christ. However, there are still multitudes of people who never have accepted this gift from God. Often people do not understand the purpose of salvation or how it can be obtained. Hopefully, the following will help answer some of the most commonly asked questions about salvation. What is Salvation? Salvation is the gift of eternal life that is made possible only through Jesus Christ. John 3:16-17 KJV states, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved” The apostle Paul tells us in (Romans 6:23 KJV), “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through...

Praying is so important for everyone this builds a relationship with God. Prayer is communicating with God as it is a dialog and not a monologue. We must learn to listen while praying because God always has something to say. He is the guide and to know what to do he must instruct us. Through prayer faith grows; we pray because we believe in God and we want to get to understand him better. Jesus was always praying to the Father when he walked the earth; this was an example for us to follow as Scripture told us. " Pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Prayer changes things for the better and allows God to work on your behalf as he loves to. Prayer is essential and we must not be reluctant to pray, in every situation we must learn to trust God and pray.

The Faithful God; where would we be without him? How great is our God and how greatly is to be praised? God is faithful in all that he promised unto us. He was with Daniel in the lion's den, he was faithful when Abram doubted him and got Ishmael with his made servant, and he was faithful when he promised the Israelites the land which they would inhabit even though they were so disobedient and ungrateful. God will not go back on his promises no matter how we behave; he is faithful not by our works or obedience, he is faithful because he is God. "Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it" (1 Thessalonians 5:24).

The ministry of Reconciliation was given unto the Church to declare salvation unto the hearts of sinners. "And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation" (2 Corinthians 5:18-19). The ministry of reconciliation reunited God and mankind; this was through the blood of Christ. God's love for humanity paved the way to righteousness. The ministry is a blessing; it teaches the grace of God. "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith" ( Romans 1: 16-17).

The blessings are in the victory of the cross. Christ shed his blood for us on the cross and gave us all things that pertain to life and godliness. Everything that was formed by the enemy was defeated. He took the sorrows of this world and gave joy. He took death and gave life, He took strive and gave peace. Our iniquities were destroyed and His righteousness was resurrected. Victory is success it's knowing it is finished; no more attempting to accomplish anything. Christ did it all. Through Him the struggle is over, it's now resting in Him the victory. The blessing is having all your needs met in Christ; nothing missing, lacking, or broken. We are made complete in Him. "The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it" (Proverbs 10:22).

Emotions are very important to our well-being; we must learn how to control our emotions. God gave us peace in Christ and this gift helps us to maintain a positive attitude towards life. "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid" (John 14-27). Peace is a valuable asset and we must learn how to walk in it. Many persecutions will come but we are overcomers through the blood of Christ. Peace in Christ is the antidote for wrath and striving. The words we speak are of importance because they can create peace or war. "A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger" (Proverbs 15:1). Let peace guides your way today by following the principles of God.

Justified freely by His blood; all our ransom was paid through the resurrection of Christ. Every debt was canceled there was nothing left outstanding. The Passover of feasting with the disciples represented the promise of God. It was the body of Christ that would be broken for us and the shedding of His blood. Understanding what the cross meant is very important for everyone. Christ fulfilled the promise of God which was taking away the sins of the whole world and making us the righteousness of God. Christ was without iniquity, there was no corruption within Him and He became all that for us on the cross so that we would be justified. "For he hath made him be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him" (2 Corinthian 5:21). What Christ did on the cross no other could have done; He was born to die for the entire human race. There is no prejudice in His love. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoe...

God's provision is His promise unto us; all we need He already had supplied through Christ for us. "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). God is our supply house; health, strength, joy, peace, food, shelter, a home, and much more is in His favor of promise unto us. The life He gave us in Christ is filled with a soul of prosperity. "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth" (3 John 1:2). We are redeemed and the prosperity of God is the fulfilled life in Christ. (made whole, nothing missing, lacking, or broken). Trusting in God for all our needs is important because this is knowing and believing that He is faithful.

Daily Devotion

Knowing God is one of the most important things to accomplish in this life. He is the father of love, peace, and life. Knowing God is understanding life; we would be in hell if it was not for the love of God. The world sees God as one who judges and shows wrath but this is far from the truth. Before Christ mankind saw the wrath and judgment of God but now that Christ took our judgment on himself, we are now at peace with God the Father. "Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:" (Romans 5:1). When a person lacks the understanding of God their concept of reality is based on the world's definition of the truth. There is only one truth and it's of God; (his words the biblical scriptures). This truth is the only way to be set free from the deception of the world.  "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:32).

Complete faith is believing in the finished works of the cross. Do you understand that God made all things possible unto us through Christ? "According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:" (2 Peter 1:3). Nothing was left undone; your healing, peace, joy, comfort, righteousness, wisdom and sanctification was given through the cross. "But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:" (1 Corinthians 1:30). God withheld nothing from us, he gave all of him through Christ that we would be as he is. The attributes of God will never change; he is faithful as he is everlasting. His goodness of grace that he gave in Christ is the unmerited love that he is.

Daily Devotion

The favor of God that he blessed us with in Christ Jesus is his unmerited favor that can't be earned. Where would we be without God's favor? On a road that leads to death. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 6:23). Could anyone save themselves from the sinful nature in which we were born? None could and none can. This was God's perfected love for us which gave us the favor of eternal life in Christ. "For he hath made him be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him" (2 Corinthians 5:21). Do you believe that God plan was already design with you in it? He was loving us before the earth and heavens were formed. "According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:" (Ephesian 1:4). God's favor was placed in our hearts. "And hope maketh not ashamed; ...

The humble mind in Christ; humbleness is important to the faith of Christ. Humbleness produces obedience which is trusting in God. The humble mind is willing to serve diligently in heart unto God. Self is slain and Christ is the focus. The mind controls it all; how we think is how we live. What are you thinking today? Are your thoughts of God? Will your actions display the truth of the gospel? "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee" (Proverbs 23:7). Humbleness is an attribute of God. Meekness shows compassion, love, and gentleness. These traits are of the Spirit that lives in us. "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law" (Galatians 5:22-23).

Daily Devotion

The righteous life in Christ; the promise of God. Even though adam and Even caused mankind to be born in sin it didn't stop God from loving us and freeing us from our sinful nature to be righteous. No one could have freed themselves from their sinful nature we all needed Christ the Savior to redeemed us. He took it all on his body for the entire human race. Do you doubt God's love? Let me assure you that he does love you not only in word but in deed. He gave his only son for you and every day he is the one keeping you. "For God so loved the world, that he gave him only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16).   His mercy which no-one deserves or can earn is what has been received from him daily. God is good and faithful. His righteousness is the profound way of living. His principles are his words and we must live by them. Living a righteous life is the living epistle which is the light of the world. ...
