Daily Devotion

Knowing God is one of the most important things to accomplish in this life. He is the father of love, peace, and life. Knowing God is understanding life; we would be in hell if it was not for the love of God. The world sees God as one who judges and shows wrath but this is far from the truth. Before Christ mankind saw the wrath and judgment of God but now that Christ took our judgment on himself, we are now at peace with God the Father. "Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:" (Romans 5:1). When a person lacks the understanding of God their concept of reality is based on the world's definition of the truth. There is only one truth and it's of God; (his words the biblical scriptures). This truth is the only way to be set free from the deception of the world. 
"And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:32).
