Knowing the word of God

The church (the body of Christ)

Romans 12:5 (KJV) So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

All churches are one in Christ jesus, it is called the body of Christ. Jesus is the head of it all. The true doctrine of God must be preached, the father, the word ( which is the son), and the holy ghost. The doctrine of God, is the testimony which God hath given of his son, and the holy spirit, which is of himself, that was foreordained at his will, for the world reconciliation to him.

The world's foundation was created by the word.

In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God.

There is one faith, all churches which follow the true doctrine of God, must abide by this. We are one in the spirit of the lord, it matters not about denominations, it's about the sacrifice God made out of his love for the world.

One body, different functions of each members, but in all we are one church.

Lets walk in the unity of grace and love.

Ephesians 4:4-6 (KJV) There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

If you have not received Jesus as Lord and savior, do it today.

Pray this prayer of faith: I thank you Jesus for the finished works of the cross, I thank you for life today. I receive you as Lord and savior, in my heart today. Amen

Walking with Jesus I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour in August 2016. When this journey just began, I was not where I needed to be, I was still doing a lot of things that had me being disobedient to God. I didn’t understood much of the bible, I was in a place where I know I needed help, and I felt that going to church would make everything okay right away, I never knew it would have a been a learning process. I was in and out of jobs, I was lonely, unhappy, bitter, confused, a culprit and basically lawless. I was really broken, I needed a strong foundation, a needed love, I needed peace, and I needed to know who I was. At this point of my life, I really wanted to come home. I had no money saved, was living in a house where a shared utilities and bathroom. My Bill’s where paid by the help of family and whatever assignments I would get to do. I was a Certified Nursing Assistant at the time. God knew my heart, he knew I wanted to go home, because it was a desire of...

Jesus the Lord thy God; where would we be without saving grace? Grace is the reason why we are here, God's unmerited favor of love that has no end. Do you believe that God's promises will come true? Do you believe that he loves you? Do you want to know him as you should? Grace is the reason why we have the opportunity to live in God. Lets' rest in this truth; what Jesus did on the cross made us free from the bondage of the flesh. He was crucified in the flesh to justify the sinner through his spirit. (He died in the flesh and rose in the spirit). "For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:" (1 Peter 3:18). If you would love to receive Christ as your Lord and Savior, pray this prayer. Jesus, I thank you for taking my place on the cross. I believe in the finished works of the cross and I accept you in my heart today as my Lord and Savior.

The goodness of God gave us life and hope. Where would we be without the goodness of God? His goodness place us before him; he took no thought for his life when he laid it done to death for us. "Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren" (1 John 3:16). The goodness of our God is the only reason we are here on this day; his unmerited favor of love towards us was before we entered this world. "According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:" (Ephesians 1:4). God's goodness will never run out, it is everlasting as he is. Let's focus on his goodness always and give thanks.
