Christ has set us free from brokenness through his blood. All that was against us he took away. "Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;" (Colossians 2:14). He took it all on himself that we would be free; he made us whole in him. Nothing missing, lacking or broken. "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes, we are healed" (Isaiah 53:3).
